Zippy Assist makes it easy to request a refund for a vending machine issue.

Simply text our Zippy Assist number, and you’ll receive a link to start your refund request. You will be asked to provide the machine where the issue occurred, the date of the purchase, the payment method used (cash, debit, or credit), and the reason for the refund. Once submitted, we review the request and verify the payment before sending you a message with the refund decision.
