Coffee Preparation Procedures


1. Place filter paper into brew basket.
2. Empty contents of coffee pouch into filter.
3. Replace brew basket on to rail and slide into brewer.
4. Place empty Superbowl on base directly under brew basket.
Please note: Stopper must be in place while brewing to ensure heat retention.
5. When Ready Lite* is illuminated, pour plastic pitcher of cold water through pour-in screen.
6. The coffee will drain from the brew basket into the Superbowl. Brewing time is approximately 4 minutes.
7. To clean brew basket simply remove from rails and dump filter into waste basket.

*If the Ready Lite is not illuminated, brewing will not be at peak temperature, and resulting coffee will cool too quickly.

Coffee must be brewed directly into and poured directly from the Superbowl without removing the stopper. This ensures proper heat retention.

Do not place Superbowl on the stove or other hot surfaces.

Do not put the Superbowl in the dishwasher.

To remove the stopper, twist counter-clockwise until loose.

To replace the stopper, line up arrow on stopper with pour spout and turn clockwise until snug.

he Thermal Carafe

To remove the stopper, twist counter clock wise until loose then remove.

To replace the stopper, line up arrow on front of stopper with pour spout and turn clock wise until snug.

To clean, simply rinse the carafe with warm water, adding half a teaspoon or urn cleaner. Allow the urn cleaner to sit in the carafe so as to dissolve coffee stains. Rinse out cleaner thoroughly with warm water. The outside of the thermal carafe requires wiping with a damp cloth only. Do not use soap or harsh cleaners.

Do not put the thermal carafe in the dishwasher.

Do not place the thermal carafe on the stove or other hot surface.

The internal lining of this thermal carafe is made of glass, do not drop.
